1) ستتم طباعة الطلبات وفقًا لمواصفات المنتج كما هو مفصل على الموقع. لأية متطلبات محددة ، يرجى ترك رسالة إلى info@alalaaprinting.com.

2) بمجرد تقديم الطلب، لا يُسمح بالتغييرات. إذا كان لديك أي تغيير في اللحظة الأخيرة، فيرجى الاتصال بقسم خدمة العملاء لدينا. سنحاول شغل الوظيفة إذا لم تبدأ بعد.
3) قد تتسبب التغييرات في المواصفات أو موقع الاستلام أو عنوان الشحن في تغيير الأسعار ووقت التسليم.
4) لا يمكن طباعة الوظيفة التي تحتوي على شعار حكومي أو إداري إلا بإذن كتابي من الجهات المختصة.
5) لمعالجة طلبات الطوابع، نطلب نسخة من السجل التجاري، وهوية المالك وخطاب إذن إلى مطابع علاء الدين. يجب عليك تقديم أصل المستندات أعلاه عند الاستلام.
6) لطباعة كتاب أو أي منشور آخر ، نطلب نسخة من شهادة حقوق التأليف والنشر (Radmak) وخطاب إذن إلى مطابع علاء الدين. يجب عليك تقديم أصل المستندات أعلاه عند الاستلام.
7) سيتم النظر فقط في الطلبات التي يتم استلامها قبل الساعة 12 ظهرًا لذلك اليوم. بعد الساعة 12 ظهرًا، سيتم النظر في وظائف اليوم التالي. غير مسموح برد أو طلب الحصول على وظيفة جزئية.
8) نقوم بتسليم الوظائف من خلال شركاء شحن موثوقين ويحق للعميل الحصول على رقم التتبع.
9) يتم تقدير أوقات التسليم المدرجة أثناء إجراء الطلب. العوامل غير الخاضعة للرقابة مثل سوء الأحوال الجوية، أو خلل في الآلات، أو تعطل المركبات، أو نقص المواد المطلوبة أو التأخير من قبل شركة الشحن لا تخضع للمسؤولية القانونية.
10) يتم إرسال جميع البضائع عن طريق مطابع الاولدين وتعبئتها وبحالة جيدة. تقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية التحقق من أي ضرر قد يحدث أثناء عملية مناولة الناقلين وتدوين ذلك في بوليصة الشحن الخاصة بهم قبل التوقيع.
11) يتحمل العميل مسؤولية فحص المواد المطبوعة قبل استلامها أو مغادرتها. مطابع علاء الدين لها الحق في تقرير ما إذا كان يجب تصحيح الوظيفة أو إعادة طبعها أو ردها. في حالة وجود تعارض ، يمكن إشراك متخصص طباعة ثالث على حساب طرف خاطئ.
12) لن تكون مطابع علاء الدين مسؤولة عن الخسارة غير المباشرة أو مطالبات الطرف الثالث الناتجة عن التأخير في إكمال العمل أو عن أي خسارة للعميل ناتجة عن التأخير في النقل. عندما يكون العمل معيبًا لأي سبب من الأسباب ، بما في ذلك الإهمال، فإن مسؤولية مطابع علاء الدين (إن وجدت) تقتصر على تصحيح هذا العيب.
13) تقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية التحقق من صحة جميع المعلومات والألوان والأحجام قبل تحميل الملف. لا يحق للعميل طلب استرداد أو تصحيح أو إعادة طباعة الوظيفة.
14) نقدم خدمة تصميم مقابل تكلفة إضافية يتم دفعها قبل البدء في التصميم.
15) لأسباب فنية عديدة، لا تضمن مطابع علاء الدين تطابق الألوان. في حالة الحساسية، يرجى الاتصال بنا قبل تقديم طلبك.
16) نقوم بتحويل جميع الأعمال الفنية إلى ألوان المعالجة (CMYK) باستثناء ما يتم إبلاغه من قبل العميل كتابيًا. مطابع علاء الدين ليست مسؤولة عن النتائج غير المرغوب فيها في حال لم نتفق مع العميل على طباعة ألوان خاصة.

17) مطابع علاء الدين غير مسؤولة عن العناصر المتبقية لأكثر من 30 يومًا من تاريخ الطلب.
18) توفر مطابع علاء الدين طرق الدفع عبر الإنترنت من خلال الفيزا أو باي بال أو سداد. والتي تضمن السرية التامة لعملائنا.
19) يحق لمطابع علاء الدين تغيير الأسعار دون سابق إنذار ولكنها لن تؤثر على الطلبات التي تم وضعها بالفعل.
20) المواد المستخدمة في الإنتاج كالورق غير مشمولة بخصم مطابع الاولدين.
21) نقوم بالرد على الاستفسارات في أيام العمل من 9 إلى 5 مساءً. يتم إرسال الاستفسارات بعد ذلك وسيتم الرد عليها في يوم العمل التالي.
22) بشكل عام، تهتم مطابع علاء الدين بسرية المعلومات باستثناء بعض الحالات. ومع ذلك ، فهي ليست خاضعة لمطالبة أو دعوى مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.
23) يرجى معاينة التصميمات الخاصة بك بعناية وتصحيح أي أخطاء قبل تقديم طلبك. لا تقوم مطابع علاء الدين بتوثيق المستندات التي أنشأها عملاؤها قبل المعالجة.
24) يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يمكننا أن نتحمل المسؤولية عن: عدم إخطار مطابع علاء الدين بالعيب وقت التسليم أو، إذا لم يكن العيب واضحًا عند الفحص المعقول، في غضون 24 ساعة من تاريخ التسليم، والتلف الذي لحق المنتجات الناشئة بعد تسليمها للعميل.
Terms of Services
1) Orders will be printed according to the product specifications as detailed on the website. For any specific requirements, kindly drop a message to info@alalaaprinting.com.
Note: Changes in specifications may cause to change in pricing and delivery time
2) Once the order is placed, changes are not allowed. If you have any last-minute change, please contact our customer service department. We will try to hold the job if not yet started.
3) Changes in specifications, a pick-up location or Shipping Addressmay cause to change in pricing and delivery time.
4) The job which contains a government or administration logo can be printed only with written permission from the concerned authorities.
5) To process the stamp orders, we require a copy of commercial registration, owner id and a permission letter to Alaauldeen Printing Presses. You must provide the original of above documents at receiving.
6) To print a book or any other publication, we require a copy of copyrights certificate (Radmak) and a permission letter to Alaauldeen Printing Presses. You must provide the original of above documents at receiving.
7) Only the orders which are received before 12 pm will be considered for that day. After 12 pm it will be considered for the next day jobs. Refund or request to get partial job is not allowed.
8) We deliver the jobs by reliable shipping partners and the customer has the right to have the tracing number.
9) Turnaround times listed during the ordering procedure are estimated. Uncontrolled factors such as bad weather, malfunction of machinery, malfunction of vehicles, lack of required materials or delay by the shipping company is not subject to the legal liability.
10) All goods are sent by Alaauldeen Printing Presses, packaged and in good order. It is the responsibility of the client to check any damage that may occur during the handling process of the couriers and note so on their waybill before signing.
11) It is the customer responsibility to check the printed materials before receiving or leaving the counter. Alaauldeen Printing Presses has rights to decide that if the job should be rectified, reprinted or refunded. In case of conflict, a third print specialist can be involved on the account of wrong party.
12) Alaauldeen Printing Presses shall not be liable for indirect loss or third-party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit. Where work is defective for any reason, including negligence Alaauldeen Printing Presses’s liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such a defect.
13) It is the responsibility of a customer to check that all the information, colors and sizes are correct before uploading the file. Customer has no right to ask for refund, rectify or reprint the job.
14) We provide a designing service for additional cost to be paid before starting the design.
15) Due to many technical reasons, Alaauldeen Printing Presses doesn’t guarantee the colors would match. In case of sensibility, please contact us before placing your order.
16) We convert all artworks to the process colors (CMYK) except which are informed by customer in written. Alaauldeen Printing Presses is not responsible for undesired results in case we didn’t agree with customer to print special colors.

17) Alaauldeen Printing Presses is not responsible for the items left for more than 30 days from the order date.
18) Alaauldeen Printing Presses provides online payment methods through visa, Paypal or Sadad. Which ensure full confidentiality for our customers.
19) Alaauldeen Printing Presses has the right to change the prices without early warning however it won’t affect the already placed orders
20) The materials used for production like papers, are not included in Alaauldeen Printing Presses discount percentage.
21) We reply to the inquiries on working days from 9 to 5pm. Inquires are sent beyond that will be answered on next working day.
22) In general, Alaauldeen Printing Presses is concerned about confidentiality of the information except some cases. However, it is not a subject to direct or indirect claim or sue.
23) Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Alaauldeen Printing Presses does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
24) Please note that we cannot be responsible for: The defect is not notified to Alaauldeen Printing Presses at the time of delivery or, if the defect would not be apparent on reasonable inspection, within 24hrs of the date of delivery, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
